REGULAR AGENDA

Ratify the executed Intergovernmental Agreement between New Hope Community Development Corporation and the County of Yolo for the Acquisition and Rehabilitation of 1214 East 8th Street, Davis CA for Exclusive Use as an Adult Residential Treatment Services Facility (also known as the Pine Tree Gardens project); authorize the (Interim) Executive Director and/or Treasurer to execute and record the California Mental Health Services Act Deed Restriction and any other ancillary or required documents to finalize the Pine Tree Gardens project.
