The City of Woodland has an upcoming project to reroute a sanitary sewer force main across Gibson Road at the intersection of Gibson and County Road 102. In order to protect the existing trees on the south side of Gibson, the City has proposed the attached pipeline alignment. Since this alignment extends beyond the City right of way and onto County property it requires an easement to the City.  The City is requesting a permanent easement for the proposed sewer force main, as well as a temporary construction easement, as shown in the attached map and legal description.  The City anticipates construction beginning in late April to early May.
