| Approve responses to 2012-2013 Yolo County Grand Jury reports related to Probation, Detention Center and Finance and authorize the County Administrator to transmit this response to Judge Maguire of the Superior Court. |

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| According to Penal Code §933 and 933.05, the respondents named in a Grand Jury report are required to respond in writing. The three attached documents represent the responses from the Yolo County Board of Supervisors, County Administrator, Probation, Human Resources and the Board Audit Committee. Upon approval, the responses will be forwarded to Judge Maguire as provided by law. |
