A. Approve the following appointments:
 

  1. Erich Linse to the Dunnigan Community Service Area representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2016.
  2. Cynthia Havstad to the Esparto General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2015.
  3. John Jackson to the Yolo-Zamora General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2015.
  4. Benny Mitchell to the Workforce Investment Board as a Private Industry Rep representing Olam Tomato Processors for a term ending June 4, 2016.
  5. Mark Frayser to the Workforce Investment Board as a Permanent Member representing the California Department of Rehabilitation for a term ending June 4, 2016.
  6. Supervisor Saylor, Supervisor Provenza and Supervisor Chamberlain as Directors to the Winters Branch Library Financing Authority.
