Recommended Action

Receive presentation from Resource Development Associates providing an update on the Yolo County Health and Human Services Consolidation analysis project.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

The County has contracted with Resource Development Associates to analyze the potential consolidation of County Health and Human Services departments. The consultants will provide the Board of Supervisors with an update on the project, including the key objectives and timeline.

Other Agency Involvement

The departments of Alcohol, Drug, and Mental Health; Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector; County Counsel; Employment and Social Services; General Services; Health; Probation; and Public Guardian/Public Administrator have been consulted as the scope of work for the project has been developed and refined.
