  2. Resolution No. 13-27 proclaiming 2013 as "The Year of the Child."
     
  3. Resolution No. 13-28 proclaiming the week of April 1-7, 2013 as National Public Health Week.
     
  4. Resolution No. 13-29 declaring March 17 through March 23 as National Agriculture Week.
     
  5. Resolution No. 13-30 proclaiming March 2013 as American Red Cross Month.
