Approve amendment to agreement with the Yolo County Office of Education to add two exhibits that were inadvertently omitted from the original agreement. (No general fund impact) (Yarber)

On December 1, 2012 the parties entered into Agreement No. 13-04 for a "Safe Schools and Healthy Students/Safe Transitions" grant with the United States Departments of Education, Health and Human Services, and Justice program, to provide for, among other things, specified probation and related services. The parties wish to amend agreement to add two exhibits that were inadvertently omitted from the original Agreement; Exhibit B, Certification of Criminal Background Check and Exhibit C, Certification of TB Testing.
