| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
As part of the annual process linking the Board’s strategic plan and performance measurement systems, each department is providing the Board of Supervisors an update on 2012/13 accomplishments, long range goals, 2013/14 objectives and emerging issues. These presentations provide the Board valuable background information and an opportunity to dialogue with departments as they begin to establish their priorities for 2013/14.
The annual update for the Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector department is summarized in Attachment A. |
