12.   Adopt a resolution authorizing the Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures to execute revenue agreements for a net total of $228,558 with the California Department of Agriculture, $138,000 with the California Department of Transportation, $10,810 with the California Crop Improvement Association, $9,118 with the California Rice Commission, $8,024 with the California Agricultural Commissioners and Sealers Association and $23,994 with the California Department of Pesticide Regulation; and authorize the Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures to execute revenue contract amendments up to 15% over the approved contract amounts. 13.   Approve amendment to an agreement with the State of California Department of Food and Agriculture, increasing reimbursement to the County from $92,000 to an amount not to exceed $142,000, for County staff to use the Detector Dog Team to detect the presence of any unwanted plant pests in parcels, airfreight and nursery stock, including species, diseases or other harmful organisms that may pose a threat to the economic well-being of the State from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2015.
