Recommended Action |
A. Approve the first amendment to the agreement with Consero Solutions (Attachment A) for an amount not to exceed $140,000 to provide consulting services for the County's Delta program, extend the term through June 30, 2015, and increase the hourly rate to $130.00 per hour; and
B. Authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign the agreement.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
On August 21, 2014, the County Administrator approved an agreement (No. 2015-89) with Consero Solutions to provide professional consulting services pertaining to the County's Delta program including the Bay Delta Conservation Plan, the DWR - FESSRO Central Valley Flood System Conservation Strategy, the Delta Counties Coalition, and the federal Biological Opinion process.
Agreement No. 2015-89 with Consero Solutions was executed with a term of July 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014 and a maximum compensation of $70,000. This amendment would extend the term of the agreement to June 30, 2015 and increase the maximum compensation from $70,000 to $140,000. It will also increase the hourly rate up to $130.00 per hour from $125.00 per hour. |
